My artist name is Dan Gerbo, and I am the founder and curator of this museum.

Born in Mulhouse in 1955, I single-handedly financed this project without external assistance.

Hailing from a humble background, I left school at 14 to pursue a career as a mechanic.

At 29, I patented my first invention and established my own company in 2024, which has since thrived for over 40 years.

Fuelled by a passion for art, I eventually found the time to dedicate myself to this pursuit at the age of 53. Transitioning from figurative painting to conceptual art, my artworks often carry a message with a touch of humor, and above all without wanting to teach a lesson..

In 2020, I acquired a former supermarket with the vision of establishing a museum of contemporary art. This institution showcases not only my own creations but also the works of numerous other artists whom we proudly support.
